Scott Laney
Founder
With over 20 years of experience, Scott has managed developments in various sectors, including Multi-family, Mixed-use, Medical, Senior Living, Hotel, and Industrial.
Scott’s career began learning the fundamentals of construction while working for JE Dunn (formerly RJ Griffin Co.) and Choate Construction.
Prior to founding Wolfe Development Company, Scott was vice president for both Ares Management (formerly Black Creek Group) and Brookfield Properties, leading their respective industrial platforms throughout the Southeast/Mid-Atlantic. Preceding those roles, Scott was with North American Properties, where he was the development manager for Avalon, the 1-billion-dollar mixed-use development, located in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and currently resides in Ansley Park (Atlanta, Georgia).
Dan Perez
Partner
Dan joined Wolfe Development with a multitude of corporate and entrepreneurial experience and maintains a robust private and institutional capital network that spans the globe.
His career started in advertising with BBDO and JLL Design Solutions (formerly Big Red Rooster), managing accounts for major clients such as AT&T and Home Depot.
Dan is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and Atlanta Council for International Relations. He also dedicates his time as a chairman of two non-profit organizations, The National Monuments Foundation and William’s House.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and an MBA from University of Georgia.
Jenny Williams
Partner
Jenny was exposed to real estate design years before her formal education. By running blueprints and managing small-scale construction/landscaping projects at her grandfather’s civil engineering firm, she quickly realized her passion and career path.
Jenny held positions with TVS Design (intern), Smith Dalia Architects (associate), and Cooper Carry (associate principal). Her expansive design portfolio includes the Historic Preservation, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family, Adaptive Reuse, and Lower/Higher-Education sectors throughout the Southeast, which has accounted for over 1.5 billion dollars of construction value. Additionally, Jenny has extensive experience negotiating sensitive entitlement efforts including rezoning, variance requests, and Special Applications.
Jenny sits on the Midtown Development Review Committee (DRC), is the Land Use Chair for Midtown Neighbors Association (MNA), and represents the City of Atlanta Special Interest Districts (SPI) 16 and 17. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Master of Architecture from Clemson University.
